Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be in the same condition that they were received, unopened, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the proof of purchase and be able to supply your order number.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@hardjelly.co.uk and we will send you instructions on how to return your package.

We recommend using a tracked service for all returns as we can only process a refund when the goods are received.
