What is Hard Jelly?
Hard Jelly are alcoholic (13.5% ABV) vodka jelly shots.
Our jelly shots are free from artificial flavours, sweeteners and preservatives- plus they're vegan and gluten free.
Hard Jelly comes in six delicious fruit flavours - Strawberry, Sour Apple, Black Cherry, Watermelon, Lemon & Lime and Orange Pop.
I've made a mistake on my order. What do I do?
Once your order has been placed it is not possible to amend/add any items to the order or change the recipient details or delivery address.
However, it may be possible to cancel the order.

What is your returns policy?

How do I know my order has been shipped?
As soon as you've placed your order you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive another email with tracking information.
Do I need to keep Hard Jelly in the fridge?
Hard Jelly shots should be stored in a cool, dry place and you should refrigerate them for three hours before serving.
For the ideal experience, enjoy your jelly before the 'best before' date printed on the box.
Can I freeze my jelly shots?
You CAN freeze Hard Jelly and it'll become a (lush) slushy consistancy.
Once they're out of the freezer they'll take a few hours to defrost, which makes freezing a great way to keep them cool when travelling to that party or picnic.
What is Hard Jelly's shelf life?
Hard Jelly has a 6+ month BBE (best before end) which will be printed on the individual pot or box.
We produce our jellies regularly so you can be sure what you receive will be a fresh product.

How much alcohol is in each pot of Hard Jelly?
Each 27g (e) shot is 13.5% ABV which works out as 0.35 UK units.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately not at the moment.

Is Hard Jelly packaging recyclable?
Yes! Our outer packaging is 100% cardboard. Our lids and pots are made from PET plastic. It can all be popped straight in your recycling bin.
Does Hard Jelly contain caffeine?
Nope.

Is Hard Jelly veggie/vegan friendly?
Yes!
We experimented with plant-based substitutes to recreate the firm yet yielding texture animal gelatin offers, and by golly we succeeded.
Why did we create Hard Jelly?
Hard Jelly exists to bring everyone together in celebration.
